Todd Henry, Owner and Head Brewer of Smithville Brewing Company has over 14 years’ experience professionally brewing award-winning craft beer on small, mid- size, and large commercial brewing systems in Austin, Texas. Most recently, Todd was Head Brewer of NLand Brewing Company at NLand Surf Park. Hired by Dough Coors, heir of the Coors Brewing Company, Todd over saw the build-out of the brewery and managed all brewing and taproom operations. Previously, he brewed at Independence Brewing Company for more than 4 years. Todd started his brewing career at LoveJoy’s Brewpub in downtown Austin where he served as Head Brewer for more than 4 years. Read more here.
